Our Process

Site Analysis:

This involves measuring and taking pictures of your property and noting all of the key elements on site such as existing structures, plant material, focal points, slope, drainage or anything else of note that may have an affect on the design.

The primary goal of a site analysis is to determine actions necessary to resolve problems while identifying design opportunities for locating new features.

Conceptual Design:

With your budget in mind, in this phase of the design process we will consider all viable options to develop a code compliant design illustration that is aesthetically pleasing and fits your style and needs.

Once we have a conceptual design down, you are on your way to a great landscape construction project.

Master Plan:

Upon approval of the conceptual plan, we will draft a set of scaled CAD drawing that will show the layout of your landscape project. 

 This will include a Hardscapes plan showing locations of all hard landscaping elements on the property.

 A Planting Plan that lists the location, size, type and quantities of all plants to be installed as well as noting of any existing plants to be retained.

An Irrigation Plan can be added that denotes the locations of valve boxes, the quantities and sizes of sprinkler heads etc.

Upon completion of of the Master Landscape Plan you will have a solid visual of how your completed landscape project will look.
